First of all, welcome to MM.

Now, back to your question: by any luck do you mean good 60' times or good wear? The Nittos have a harder compound than MTs or BFGs. Due to this, they will last longer but will not hook as well. I run them as street tires and have a set of slicks for the track.

well they will def be better than any street radial, but they wont hook like the m/t will. i have a cut a best a 1.71 on nitto drs but you have to heat the piss out of them, which also leads to them not lasting that long when you go to the strip every weekend

I drive my car on nitto's everywhere, I love them, but I'm sure there's always gonna be better tires for the track.

I've had friends that ran 555r on the street and they are pretty mean there but my other buddy has some MTs and they are soft and will hook like crazy (if he had more HP), they say that the 555r is about at a 15k tire if you don't beat the hell out of it.

i love the nitto's, but like was stated above; they will not hook as hard as the mt's or bfg's. as for dd the nittos will be hard to beat for all around use and durability. not to mention they seem to take to wet pavement better than the other two, or atleast that is what i hear out of people that run the others.
