Along the same topic, I want to get deep dish rims on mine and I'm looking at the Nitto 555's...

I know the Nitto DR's have a short life span, but whats the life span on the normal nitto 555's?

I've read somewhere that it was only like 4000 miles on the tires, but I tend to keep mine on a lot longer lol like 10k

whatever you read wrong, the nitto drag radiasl will last longer than any other drag radial out there. i know of several people who have driven them everyday for a long time. they will hook better than any street radial will and will last longer than any drag radial. they wont hook as good as the other but will last longer. if you dont spin them or race at the track on them all the time, there is no reason why you shouldnt get 15k out of a set of nitto drag radials

Dr. was asking on how long the Nitto 555s will last not the 555Rs. When I bought mine, I read that they last for at least 35,000 miles.
