not really there is a guy on here that has a pretty built motor that still runs the stock TB. I think those are good for up to 400 hp. until you get heads, cams, headers and major mods like that i would say no. read the sticky on here about what to do to your car. its very informative.

if you get a plenum you will see a bigger difference, get a 70 or 75 with a high flow plenum. Its like 400-500 for both. Will get about 8 hp with the accufab combo.
I have a accufab plenum im going to sell for about 200, only has like 1000 miles on it went with a new setup... |

stock is 65mm
upping to 70 will flow more and net minimal gains stock however every bolt on will be maximixed with a good tune. 75 is to large if you plan on staying n/a but if you have any plans in the future of maybe going f/i i'd say get the 75 |

i notice a little bit of difference from a p&p t/b and u/p to my 75mm t/b and bbk plenum. i did the swap last and recommend the same. the stock can hold quiet a bit, but its your car and $$$ so do as you see fit. if you plan on modding, you will have to do it sooner or later. here is another topic that might help.
