Seat belt locked?
My passenger side seatbelt feels like its locked up. Like when you slam on the brakes and the seatbelt locks up? thats what it feels like...but permanently.
idk if I can fix it like this guy or not : How To Fix Your Crappy Seatbelt Retractors am I gonna need a new retractor?
