The Magnapacks are on!!!

Well the good news is I finally got my magnapacks and my Bassani X on the car. IT SOUNDS SICK AS HELL!!! It even louder than my friends. When I got it home I stopped in front of the house of the kid down the street with the fart can Eclipse and gave it a rev or two. He came running to the window to see who it was. That was amusing.

I love the way the magnapacks have a nice chill tone while cruising at a regular speed, but as soon as you get on the gas, even a little, you know it and so do the neighbors. LOL After going to my parents so my father could hear it, I drove to my sister's house. She lives on a main street so lots of cars pass her house all times of day and night. When I called her on my cell she was like, "Is that your car out in front of my house? Damn, I heard that thing coming blocks away."

The bad news is that we're supposed to be back down in the 30s next week with possible flurries. Sometimes the great North East isn't so great. LOL I probably won't get to make a vid for a little while. I got a great deal on a digital camera and everything. LOL

Taunting that boy, that's hilarious! Congrats on the install - good exhaust makes the Mustang so much more fun to drive.

That exactly what I said! We are supposed to get flurries tomorrow morning.

I definitly notice a difference. To me it pulls harder even though I was told that you lose low end torque with no cats.

If you get Loudmoths make sure you get the LM 2. The LM 1 sounds crappy at high RPMs.

Well right now my car is at the shop getting my engine fixed but when I get it back I will try and post a video. Its got a nice deep growl to it. And I also noticed a difference when I went to packs from flows. And I know what your talking about with the kind of low noise when you are just cruising.

I must be going for just volume. SLP are definitly louder than the magnapacks, but they sound like crap at higher RPMs. They make your exhast sound like it is going through hollow cans.

I'm glad you finally got those installed. What's next? You need to go ahead and get a sound clip- I have been wondering what those were going to sound like on your car..........

I'll give it a shot as long as everyone promises not to pay attention to the fact that my car is a filthy mess.
