Whats involved sensor wise when changing an exhaust system?

Alright, so I want to change the exhaust system from the headers back on my 04 mach. I'm not sure what is involved sensor wise though. What do I do with the sensors from the stock system? I'm not really sure what replacing the stock exhaust system would involve, any info is appreciated. Thanks guys.

Headers come with egr fitting and o2 sensor bung .. and the mid pipe comes with a bung for the rear o2's .. just put em in .. and wiring the MIL's into the rear is easy .. just leave the two white wires alone !! but you will need two 02 extendors ..
