Try cruising at higher rpm's. I know some cams don't like cruising at low rpm's at all and will buck pretty good until you give it some gas. My old Mustang was like that. If I was trying to cruise in 3rd at about 30 mph and low rpm it would buck like crazy. I'd either give it some gas and bump up to about 35 or go to 2nd gear and just cruise at a higher rpm.

A mild shuffle could be normal at those low rpms, but if its bucking where the nose of the car will rise or dip, then its probably the tune. There is a lot that you can do in the tune to make the car drive smoother, even with huge cams.

^This. Have your tuner bump the load a little. Mine would do it in 5th gear on the highway at around 1500rpms. It's cause your foot is just lightly on the pedal and the injectors shut on and off really quickly causing a jerk. Have your tuner bump the load up a little in the tune and see if it corrects the issue.

UPDATE: Hey everyone i took my car out of storage for the winter recently and i changed my fuel filter, cleaned my MAF, cleaned my throttle body, and cleaned the IAC. The car still bucks pretty hard at around 1400rpms. I plugged in my predator handheld and i didnt see an option for load. I noticed though he did change spark advance and fuel. Someone said to me i try changing plugs and injectors but before i do i was wondering if anyone knew how i could bump up the load a little. Thanks

You can't change the load on the handheld. Your tuner (as in the physical person) has to email you a tune with the adjustment.
