Got 500 to spend and looking for ideas

I have 500 to spend on my official first mods to my stang! I am looking for some input to help guide me in the right direction. What I am hoping to gain is of course HP!! Now I have already done an orh pipe still with stock mufflers though" can't decide on exhaust. Other than that she is bone stock.

CAI, Long tubes. Full exhaust Mustangs can yield big power. Look at my numbers. I only have exhaust and a tune. Now if you want to save up a bit more. I suggest getting gears and a 31 spline rear end. 3.73's or 4.10s depending on if you are auto or not.

Is this more so for putting power to pavement quicker? I know there is no gain in a gear change.

not point to be iffy. If your not doing gear might as well go turbo. The stock gears are good for much else.

I suggest 3.73s. 4.10s are great on the track with slicks but on the street they can be a pain to get hooked up with. Plus I have raced a 4.10 GT before and he stayed with me until 60 then I started gaining lengths on him.

Na save some money browse craigslist. For 500 you can get a tuner, eibachs, tb, and plenum more than likely used.
