Yes replaced the pilot bearing. The 04 engine was from a automatic and my car is standard. So thats why the flywheel did not fit my car.

Did you have the flywheel resurfaced? Had a shop do the flywheel in one of my old foxbodys and they did not get it right and it vibrated. Took it back out and did it myself and was perfect. No vibration at all.

IF the flywheel were unbalanced it should still cause vibrations at speedn even if not on the gas hard?

assuming its in good condition but still that idea of using a junkyard flywheel i just dont like. look, if you didnt have the vibration before you installed the flywheel, and now you have vibration its clearly the flywheel, not the driveshaft or anything else. drop your driveshaft, transmission, take the clutch off, switch flywheels, call it a day, drink a case of beer.

Its hard to give you a clear cut answer without experiencing the shake. Obvisiously something is not lining up if the whole car is shaking. if it is just the engine then it could be a foul spark plug. My engine shook when I had a couple of plugs get oil on them. But I am going to assume you guys checked that and you didnt mention the CEL being on. It could be a loose motor mount. I've been in a car with loose motor mounts and it felt like the motor was going to jump out. Hope you find out what it is. I would like someone to throw a Coyote in a New Edge! (if that is even possible)
