What car did this motor come out of?

Ford 4.6l Long block

The heads look to be b-port so it would at least fit 96-98 cobra. But you could ask the seller about the crank and other stuff.

I can't see craigslist ads here at work (blocked), but the main thing is to be sure that it didn't come from a Continental (front-wheel drive).

I dont have the funds to buy it but mabey someone close on MM will. Seems like a great deal for a new 4v longblock.

But nah, i dont want it. If i was ever going to go 4v, for all that work, I would go ahead and go 5.4 4v.

its likely a cleaned up mark viii motor, and if thats all it is, 900 isnt a great deal.

if it truely is/was a rebuilt motor 900 isnt bad, youd have 3-500 alone in machine work, full gasket set yada yada yada.

from the decription

"it wont work in my set up... and will work in a 96-98 ford car" isnt very reasurring sounds like a FWD motor or someone who bailed on 4v swap

who ever buys it better do their research
