Check list for a dyno tune?
My cams are in and surprisingly it runs halfway decent on the 93 Octane Breenspeed tune that was meant for my setup BEFORE the cams. I want to have the car dyno tuned before spring and i was wondering what all i need to do to be ready. I still have to get a new mid pipe b/c my MAC X-Pipe the flange is bent on the passenger side and wont hold a seal. So i still need to.......
Torque my spark plugs (didnt do this when i put them in) Install my 78mm BBK plenium ( just got the bolts today/ had to get longer bolts b/c of the N20 plate) Get a new mid pipe and get rid of my exhaust leak Bump up my RPM window for the N20 Decide weather or not i want to keep the 100 jets or get 125 jets Any thing particular i need to tell my tuner? I know i need to tell him about my FRPS failure due to high fuel spikes, i have the KB disc and it helped a litttle but did not fix my problem. What important info do i need to make sure i request? A/F ratio, fuel pump duty cycle, injector duty cycle, timing, and what else? And i will take a camera to take a video in case it goes good or bad. Thanks Baz.....

Will be tuned at Fastlane motorsports in Charlotte NC. I am getting a 87 Octane gas saver tune, 93 Octane performance tune, and a 93 Octane Nitrous tune. They said it will cost $450 for the 3 tunes

cough....pro dyno....cough
![]() btw, when the track opens back up we'll both have VERY similar mods so we need to hit up the track! both cammed and have tubular k's...will be interesting. and i will have the auto and longtubes in by then. then we can see how much the auto really helps (i'll be completely happy as long as i don't LOSE any ET)

new plugs, oil change and fuel filter, is what my tuner always tells people to do before they come up to have it tuned.

since your needing a tune anyway, pick up a set of injectors if you havent already.
