I assume they are used or unwanted?
My brother has them on his '99, they are OK--not great but OK. I have the Steeda 4-bolt plates and FWIW they are far superior...

The UPR sharks don't let you slide the plates up and down for camber like others. You're stuck with the factory range of motion, but with 2 different settings to use, which actually works OK, but isn't the greatest setup, and makes it a lot harder to adjust when you run out of range of motion on the holes you're setup with. You have to take them off, and then reinstall them in the other holes.

In this picture of my car, you can kind of see what I'm talking about. You can slide them front/back for caster, but you have to choose a hole for camber, instead of just sliding them up and down.

Also, they are much less robust than any of the 4-bolt plates, here's a shot of the Steeda's on my car...

I'd go with a set of 4 bolts...much easier to adjust
