Need help figuring out where this noise is coming from.

My car has been making this annoying buzzing sound for the past couple weeks and I can't figure out whats causing the sound. I usually only hear the noise when the motor is at normal operating temperature and when backing off the throttle too slow for a stop. It doesn't increase with the RPM's and seems too be coming from the top of the motor. The car still runs fine and hasn't been problematic starting or running poorly. Can someone help me out? I attached a video of the car making the noise. Thanks!

I have this stated in the OP. You can hear the buzzing noise when I rev thd motor a little and the rpms begin too drop back to idle.

The kinda high pitch buzzing sound, or the grinding/scraping sound it makes a few times while revving? I'd like to know too, cause I think my car has done it quite a few times. None recently though.

Yea thats the noise. It doesn't seem too be abnything major but its definately annoying. I just can't track it down. Its not coming from the motor, the sound is coming from around the intake manifold and plenum. Ill let you know when I get it figured out.

Im not sure if its cold weather related but I do know it does this regardless of whether or not the heat and a/c are on.

Yup, I noticed mine with all heat/ac etc off before it snowed. Please do let me know when you figure it out, I'll ask around to see if anyone knows too.

you talkin at the :36 and :40ish mark's? Ive heard a few cars make that noise and they never had a problem, always figured it was a harmonics transfer through something, that one weird/odd moment and it made something around it vibrate

It's hard to say for sure, but if it's the sound I think I'm hearing, I had something similar once that turned out to be the waterpump. Maybe take your belt off and try spinning that and all the other pullies by hand and see if any of them have play or feel rough.

I'll check that out also. Thanks! The noise seems too be coming from around the IAC and TPS though. I cleaned the IAC valve although it wasn't very dirty.

Just wanted too update this to let everyone know I found the problem. It ended up being my IAC valve. The problem finally started showing symptoms of a hanging idle. My car got to where it didn't wanna idle lower than 1,500rpms. Replaced the IAC and everythings great now.
