I'd probably put it in first. I can't honestly say if it makes a big difference, just my preference. You should probably just get your e-brake fixed so you stop using your tranny lmao :p

I was always told to leave it in Reverse because it is your lowest gear.

How many different colors are in your interior?
Is this a crazy expensive stereo car? |

I'm sorry, but to me that looks like useless butchering of a nice Cobra.

That's OSB. Plywood would be an upgrade.
![]() To answer the question, whatever gear has a bigger ratio is the gear that will be best to prevent it from rolling. That being said, I always left mine in 1st and never used the e-brake.

-notices the OSB particle board and swoops in for business ad- You know my father and I run a home shipping business, wooden crates and such, and we have a lot of OSB laying around, if you need any, only 75 cents a sq. ft.
![]() Not to troll, but man you should've just bought a used vette! But hey, I'll be an optimist, could turn out to be really cool! But as suggested, I'd get a line lock as well. Edit: ^^ that was just a joke as well, the business ad. |

i dont like the stock center consol and i havent gotten around to covering it with suede and leather. i did it kind of in a hurry so some pieces dont line up correctly, but all 7 switches are functional

I always thought higher gears worked better? Higher gear means the engine has to turn more for the tires to move further. Reason behind a transmission, the lower gears are easy to turn than a direct 1:1 ratio.
