Selling my GT...

and I don't know how much to sell it for. I want to be able to sell for a good price but I don't want to feel like I sold it for nothing either.

What do you guys think would be a good price for a 2001 GT w/ 120,000 miles?

It depends on were you are from... if i sold my 02 GT w/ 110K on it in northern cali it would sell for around 9K.. check your KBB. Also as far as the mods.. Take what you paid for them..ok now that part is worth only a 1/3 of that initial cost.. and for every year the part was on your car take off 10% of that 1/3. Unless its a ground up build mods dont give you alot of price jump.

Just slightly modded K&N CAI, Flowmasters, and 410s (not installed yet but will be by the time I sell).

From experience...its not gonna be easy selling it yourself. As for the new gears, the flowmasters and the cold air intake..you might wanna think about taking them off in case you ever bought another 99-04 gt or sell them on Ebay Motors, with what youd get for the car youd be giving them away, convert it back to stock. As for selling your car, beware of scammers: Counterfeit cashier's checks, people who wanna help you sell your car by charging you $30 to list it in a South American newspaper and tire kickers who ALL think they've got the smooth talk to get you down to a ridiculous price.

+1
If you still have the stock parts put them back on and list it as un-modded. List the Aftermarket parts on ebay. I wouldn't put the gears in either. Not everybody would like the feel of 4.10 gears. If they want them they can buy them in the seperte auction.

Yeah, but an un-modded GT to some people means unmolested. I've seen more than one post on this site where someone asks if they should buy a car that is already modded and a bunch of people say no because they think it has been rode ard and put away wet.
