Vortech first start up

Thought I would put this up. This is the first start after installing the V2. Still need to replace the injectors and install the IAT. Then it will be tuned and dyno'd. I will get video of that up when done.

are you running the full vortech kit, or a tuner kit. what fuel system you got

It is a full kit with Gt supercar pump and 39# injectors. No intercooler yet, but will most likely be putting meth on it when summer arrives.

Yea Ive heard nothing but great things about the AIS kit. And stals setup seems to be great.

What size pulley are you running?

Right now a 3.6, but once I get the meth on I may run a 3.3 and get an Anderson Power Pipe since it will need to be retuned anyway.

i would get your car dynoed with the meth and power pipe only. a 3.33 maybe a little much for a non ic setup. you may make over 12# of boost with a 3.33 and power pipe

Stal do you have the sight gauge it comes with?

no i have the trunk mounted kit with a low level sensor. the light goes off when i have a little more than a gallon left.

in my vid you will see in the upper left hand corner 2 led lights. the red one is my low level senser. if it lights up it means i have a little more than a gallon left in the tank. i have to fill it up at that time due to fuel slosh in the tank. the second light is the blue light. that one you can see light up while i am flooring the car. it tells me that my meth is spraying
