new member with a question

im new to modded mustangs, but i have been on mustang forums for a while. to make the story short, my dad drove my car and hit a curb and cracked a rim. he said he will pay for it, so should i let him just buy me 1 new wheel or should i get him to help me buy 4 new ones? i have been looking at the black and black chrome saleens, and the black chrome and stealth fr500s what do u guys think?

18" black FR500's with the polished lip.

I don't know, you might be able to pull off an all black wheel with a red car. Usually only darker cars look good with a completely black wheel, such as black, true blue, maybe even sonic blue, it's still slightly on the darker side.

285's hook up pretty damn well also.

But.. This is what I usually always recommend for a lighter car, even more so on a red car. A good old time attack stripe. Very subtle, but changes the whole look of the wheel and tire at the same time.

And as far as rims go, I guess it depends on what your priorities are. If your car is mechanically sound, nothing wrong with, and have the money to buy 3 other rims, I'd go a head and get em while you're having 1 already paid for. And there's lots to recommend. Depends what you want out of your car as well. If you don't mind paying extra for tires, and not being able to rotate them, staggered set up is the way to go IMO. I would check out this place, insanely cheap prices, heard good things from them too.

i have cheap ass soft 8's off summit. they are 15x7 in the front and 15x8 in the back. i smashed a 295 tire on the back and run a 205 tire in the front

i would get black 03/04 cobra rims and get a red pinstripe painted on them to match the color of your stang but thats just what I like its all about what YOU want
