Still fuel spiking WTF!
Well i borrowed my buddies FRPS and i spiked 85psi still just tapping the gas in neutral up to 3,000 rpms or so. Just another point to when i take off my FRPS gas shoots like 5 feet in the air and my buddies never did that. Mine does it every time. I found a random vaccum line not connected to anything behind my EGR but can't find where it might go. Looks like just a breather hose or something. Any suggestions now? WTF!

Are you still relying on your fuel pressure gauge, or did you measure it with a mechanical gauge yet?

still relaying on gauge. Its been in for 2 years and never read over 50 psi once until beating the shit out of the car at the track. The fuel shooting 5 foot in the air seems to relate back to the whole 85 psi idea. That gauge is 40 bucks so i guess i can drop the cash on it but seems like a waste.

You need to find someone with a mechanical gauge, X3 or a real scantool to monitor what your fuel pressure really is before you waste money replacing parts.

The vacuum lines on the driver side go to the FRPS and the EGR valve. There are some vacuum lines on the EGR module but I forget what it's called.

Time to play, NAME THAT VACUUM LINE!! Heres a pic. It looks like it has residue on the back on the line so it must go somewhere

Thats wierd. Although, I would think the fuel shooting in the air would be normal.
You should see if autozone scantools let you view live data and read your Fuel pressure. 85psi jesus lol. What are you going by that says 85psi?

the only hoses that i know that are made that size that are around that area are the 2 lines that go from the egr pipe to the dpfe, or the evap hose going into the manifold. look down your egr pipe there are 2 fittings where the dpfe sensor goes

I can get 110psi if i actually rev it up. 85 is just when i tap the gas. My autometer gauge is telling me 85 psi. It runs and drives perfect with no issue. To be 100% honest i would not even know i had a problem if it were not for the gauge readings.

I was acually going to say maybe its fpdm related? Or maybe your gauge is just way the fuck off. Id try to view live data with SCT or a scantool man. But, if you dont have access, do what stal said

I found where the line went. It went on that DPFE. Theres like two hoses and a plug on the bracket. Still didnt fix my fuel spiking though
vaccum line is in though!

You dont know if you have a boost a pump? Check your trunk for one.
Also, the red button is the inertia switch. If its pushed down, it means it shut the fuel pump off. So Idk something doesnt seem right?
