overheating with ac on

Hello stang peeps, i have an 03 gt that only overheats with the ac on. i have changed thermostats like crazy even trying lower temp ones, flushed the system and even added cooler coolant. I hear my fan turning on but still overheats, i was reading somewhere that low level of ac freon could be the cause. any suggestions?
thanks

Mine did the same thing. Do a physical inspection of your fan. If one of the blades is broken it wont be able to push the same amount of air through which can cause you to overheat. I think the fan is like 30 or 40 dollars at autozone. Mine did the exact same thing. Swapping the fan fixed it. If that's the problem it's usually accompanied by a real scary ticking that just becomes annoying until you swap it. Run w/o ac until you can get to a parts store and you'll be fine.

could be the fan motor, could be the pressure switch? I think thats the one, that kicks the fan on at a higher speed when the a/c is.

So you've done a visual check on the coolant system and everything checks out ok, right? Also you've changed your thermostat and flushed your system, correct? Then it might be time to replace your radiator.

Forgot to mention I swapped the motor at the same time.

What about the water pump, was it new when the motor was swapped?

If it's only with the AC, seems like maybe some belt slippage, the fan motor is going bad or the relay.
