im considering doing dumps....

anyone have them? like them or no? drone to much?

just trying to figure out how bad i want them

do you mean like cut outs .. or turn downs off a muffler ?

dumps are turndowns on a muffler so i am assuming he meant those. cutouts are a waste of time on our cars. They sound like shit and don't make anymore power. I have had dumps on my car for over 3 years now i love them.

yes i meant turndowns....

i heard some on a car the other night, but didnt know if it makes it any louder inside the car or not?

the setup i have right now is quite loud on the inside when driving at 70+...

i have turndowns on my car, magnaflows drown really bad if ur running in low rpm's..like 5th gear about 45mph..so i normally drive around in 4th, but my friends car with flowmasters is a little better

i don't know why you would need'em. unless you plan on makin' alot of hp,then there's really no use for them. i know of few people pushin' 800+ hp thru stock tailpipes. it will be louder inside the car because the sound is bouncing off the ground and back up unless you turn'em out at about a 45 degree angle.

i just like the deeper sound with them ....


any problem with exhaust gases in the car
