How difficult to add a power seat?

I was wondering if the existing harness under the seat only is for the seat belt signal or if it is also used for the power seat stangs? My seat has what feels like the block on the side that would containthe button controls but is there an additional harness for the power seat option? Basically if I had the powwer seat rails/motor, etc, would it be a bolt in job or would additional wiring harness be required? The existing harness has 4 wires coming out of the clip but only 2 go to the seat belt. Can anyone fill me in on this, possibly if you have a power seat look and see what is coming from underneath the seat carpteing if needed? Thanks!

I'm not sure what harness you are refering to, but I deactivated my belt sensor by connecting the 2 wires in the peice the belt actually goes into. I guess you would call it the female end that the belt its self connect to. I haven't looked at the stuff under my seat, but I have power seats...

If you would look to see if there is one or more harnesses coming from under the carpet under the seat that would be a great help. I have just one harness that has 4 wires and that clips to the part that goes to the belt but just uses 2 wires for that so maybe the other two wires are all that I need to install the power seat rail and have it work? If you have one or more harnesses would be helpful if you don't mind the hassle, Thanks!

Thanks to all, any who can help. I will try to post a pic of what I am looking at buying. I am NOT computer litterate! Using webTV to write this! I probably can't use it as I would imagine the wiring would need to be a heavier gauge than what is used for the seatbelt light. Still hopeful. I understand the control for the seat is in the front. I will see if my seat has a place for the buttons even. Mark

Heres a picture, http://www.mustangmods.com/ims/u/1301/2081/53683.jpg

Imagine that. The harness in the pic with the blue tag is what I need info on. How many wires and colors does it have? I don't know what the smaller wire/harness with the silver piece at it's end is. Also not sure where the harness end weith the female clips, looks like 6, would go, to the seat controls?
Probably not possible though some cars do have wiring in place for options not on the car?!
