performance gain from a throttlebody and plenum intake

What's up fellow stangers, just need some feedback on my next performance mod.Im getting that fever again for a performance mod, something that doesnt cost more than 300 bucks including labor and that doesnt involve gears or pulleys.I was thinking of upgrading my throttlebody to 70mm and a intake plenum.I have a 01 mustang GT with the following modsrop K&N filter,Granatelli 3.5 aluminum intake,off-road X-pipe,Diablosport predator tune,UPR lowering springs and UPR camber caster plates. What kind of gains can i expect from a 70mm throttlebody and plenum. Thanks

3-5 rwhp

our 2v motors don't take well to bolt ons

unless you are s/c then the plenum/tb is a good idea

Thanks for the info HMUSN,I guess i'll reconsider and save for the gears.I know pulleys are a good bang for the buck, but this my third stang and i had pulleys in the past.I just dont like cooling and low voltage issues, just trying to think of some other bolt-on that makes a difference. Thank again

mac is a halfway decent brand

i love my set up:
mac o/r x
magnaflow catback with 40 weld-ins.

it's pretty quiet at an idle and the drone isn't bad at all.

this is correct. the shorty headers only give you a couple hp since they are practically a replacement part. If you are thinking about getting new headers, you def want Longtubes (BBK, MAC, Hooker are good). They are expensive tho... and the install price is what usually kills people.

I guess cat backs more or less make about the same power so im looking for easy installation and sound. But not wake-up the neighbors loud and a system that cost more than 300 bucks.P.S. has anyone heard anything about the TFX cat-back system from pacesetter,it sells for 250 w/ s/h included from performancecenter.com

correct again... you should gain 5-10 hp from the cat-back... and I've never heard of TFX. I'm not going to say it's shit, cuz I don't know, but I'll warn you that you get what you pay for.... and that's really cheap!
