it'd prolly be around 100 to have a block cleaned, checked, and honed. yes you have to get it all balanced, not sure how much that costs or anything else.

balanceing cost 150-300 depending on the shop, you just gotta call on that

Glad this threads helpful to a few people. Just waiting for someone who has done this to come along and confirm that the cobra crank will drop in with no issues, and tell me if i need to add anything to my list other then

for your purposes all cranks (fitment wise) are the same, period.

you'll be fine if you want to use the cobra crank in a windsor block.
