use royal purple and the friction modifier.

try a tight turn without friction modifier in your car and you can bet your ass end will jump about 3 feet when those gears start to pop

I use Lucas synthetic only in the rear. It is the only thing I have found that doesn't eventually cause binding.

Lucas is a great oil for rearends.. I have some redline race oil in mine. And i have seen good results with royal purple in the tranny.

the friction modifier is only needed in the read end right? not in the tranny fluid correct?

Alot of the better brand rear end oils have the modifier already in it. So dont add more.. this can actually cause problems.. haha and dont put any in the tranny...
