My car didnt come with TC lol, i kinda wish i had it but i would never use it. It is weird that i have a wiring harness going to the TC button but the button itself is just a piece of solid plastic and not a functional button. Wonder if i bought an actual TC button and i put it in if i would have TC??????

Why on earth would you want to turn the traction control off every time you start the car? Is spinning tires like a douche such a common occurrence that you need it off all of the time?

wish I knew this sooner. I had bought a trac-adapt from pony express for $50 IIRC. It mounted behind the instrument cluster and was wired in there as well. It operated by remembering what the switch postion was when car was shutoff. If it was off it would always be offf when car was started, or on if it was left on. Oh well mine is turned off in the tune now

No, it's connected to the ABS control module and the ABS control module comes in two versions.. Non TC and TC so you would also need that, at least. |

My car does not have ABS either, or at least it dont work if it does have it. So when everyone talks about deleting the ABS for weight reduction do i already have that? Is my ABS gone already as in it didnt come with it from the factory?

I hate it that when i somtimes need to get on it a little in traffic. It bogs way the fuck down and absolutey destroyes the power. So fuck you, I'll pay 30$ Hell i'd even give the dude 50$ just to support him cause he's from the site and helps me sometimes.

![]() If your like me, conditions are such that I would drive with TC off more than on. Therefore, the few times I would need it, I can turn it on instead of turning it off the majority of the time. And ya maybe I am a little lazy but i think $30 is reasonable for a cool little feature like this

Hmmm, I'm pretty sure ABS is a factory standard. You can check if you have a module. It is on the passenger side of the car to the side of the radiator. You should see a silver box with 5 or so brake lines (metal) connected to it. It's actually easier to see if you look from underneath the car but I see how low you are. LOL

it was an option for all years but most 99'-03's seem to have it. kinda like 04's GT's with no leather, pretty popular as well for some reason.
