Gap them around .032.

Definitely check how much timing is in it, your maf counts, and fuel pump duty cycle. Does the Vortech kit come with 36lb injectors and the Walbro pump?

For a factory longblock it would not hurt to go two steps cooler and non projected.

The Walbro pump is a return style pump, which should not be used in a returnless style fuel system. It can be made to work, but you're running a risk of failure. I'm guessing your fuel system is pretty much maxed out. I'm running cobra 39lb injectors (rated to 42lbs) with an svt focus fuel pump and my pump duty cycle is 92% at 356rwhp. My guess is that you're way over 100% duty cycle on that Walbro pump. Look into swapping it out to an svt focus pump and possibly adding a KB 40 amp boost a pump. Check on that maf too as the 90mm lightnings usually peg at 400-425rwhp.

Duty cycle is something I have overlooked. Yeah, I'm pretty sure my pump is working overtime. I've misplace all the paperwork and charts from JBA. I think I do remember them saying something about upgrading my fuel system, but this was over a year ago.

For now, I will install the one step colder plugs, have the timing looked at, and lay off WOT. I will definitely look at getting an SVT Focus pump and KB bap once I can get some extra funds. But right now I can't afford any downtime with the Bullitt since she's my dd. I could use my '68, but she's not too reliable as a dd at the moment.

Thanks for the info
