best shorty headers
looking to throw some on when the trickflow cams go on, need the best hp wondering if there are any that stand out or compare to a set of long-tubes.

i dont think shorties can compare to long tubes, but if ur set on shorties ford racing ftw

dont waste your time though Longtubes or stock ...those are your options

I wouldn't waste your time and money on shorty's.....unless you got them for like $100. That being sad, FRPP and JBA make the best shorty's for these cars IMO.

You're gonna catch hell just for asking about shorties... as you can see.
I did shorties for a few reasons, and went with JBA. No fitment issues, no leaks. Quality seemed pretty good. All I did was clean up a little weld splatter with a dremel, but I'm a little anal retentive about things like that. I don't recall what the price difference is compared with the Ford Racing ones.

yes i'm aware of shorties, just uncertain as i mentioned on an earlier post if my cousin is still going to sell me his bbk's for $100. if i go long-tubes mac i think mrjeep said have no issues with the automatic transmission. i just worry about scraping with long tubes because x-pipe already has clearance issues.
