When I got the same code my issue was a vacuum leak. Be odd that you would develop a leak right after sub frame connectors were installed seeing how there under the car. But it’s easy to check for.

P1131 (bank 1, front sensor) has the same possible causes as P1130, click here for more.

I would get under there and check the wiring--there is of course a possibility that when they replaced the gasket the O2 sensor connector or wires got tugged on and damaged...

where was your leak well im thinking it was more of them having to drop the mid pipe to put the o2 sensor i dont think its the o2 sensor since its driving pretty good.

Just because the car is driving well doesn't rule out the O2 sensor. I chased DTCs (P1131 and P1151 amongst others) for almost a year and my was driving great. Turns out pieces of my cats broke off, clogged up my Flowmasters and the exhaust gas was condensing inside the pipe - my O2 sensors were shorting out.

What's your exhaust set-up? Cats or no cats? If it's a front sensor, try switching it from the left side to the right side and seeing if the code follows the sensor.

My leak was the elbow right off the pcv valve to the plume. Was hard to track down because the car would run great when cold but when it warmed up the plastic elbow was more malleable and the slit on the underside would allow air in.
