Extreme Vibration when engine bogged

got a 2003 gt that has slowly been giving me hell and the latest is a massive amount of vehicle vibration. The entire car will rattle so violently, that im sure Im moving sideways too. It usually happens under the following conditions:

- During the first few minutes after start up
- As soon as the clutch grabs to start moving from a stop
- More violent if Im turning ( like a right on red where you stop then speed up and turn at the same time)

So pretty much if the engine bogs by even 100 rpms when I start pulling forward and turning the whole car will want to flip itself over.

The other related problems are that the shifter slams back and forth if Im taking a turn at any speed or when I push in the clutch. Im sure all of this is related somehow but any ideas?
