new tires.. Is my right tirethis to close to the exhaust pipe?

I just got some 295 invos to replace my old 305 555R's. At home I notice the right exhaust pipe was rubbing against the tire. My old 305's did not have this problem. To try fixing this issue my brother got down and pushed the tailpipe with his foot. With that my index finger could almost fit between. Is enough clearance? here is a pic

looks like your catback is just off adjustment a little. I would just loosen the clamps and readjust the pipes so it gives you more clearance
