Flowtech craigslist score. Now the hunt is on for an X-Pipe




Damn, no flowtech X's on eBay right now. Have to pick up some decent gaskets and whatever else is necessary as well.

looks good. Get either stock replacement gaskets or copper gaskets. Also look into stage 8 locking header bolts. Look on amazon for your terminator x, thats where I got mine from $90 and free shipping

$60 bucks and 5 minutes from the house. Guy bought them to try and put into a crown vic, but they wouldn't fit.

I see that the collectors are 3". how does that work with the rest of the exhaust? isn't it all 2.5?

The X Pipe should go from 3" to 2.5".

Yup, they have a reducer that bolts to the headers, after that they are 2.5" piping

Sorry, I should have been ore clearer, the name of the midpipe from flowtech is x terminator, not meaning they are for termis.

Is that only on their x-pipe? I wanna run an H-pipe setup, and there's a guy selling these for pretty cheap by me, so I may pick them up if theyre worth it

You can only have an X pipe with these because flowtec has designed their headers to bow around the transmission meaning other manufactures X pipes will not fit. You will need to have a Custom H pipe made if you really want an H.

The guy did powdercoating at his house; the only thing I can think of was he powdered them before finding out they wouldn't work for his application.
