Coolant Sensor Question

Just installed the 5.4 Lightning S/C motor in my 2000 GT. My coolant gauge isnt working? I had to run my cooling fan direct powered from fuse box cause coolant sensor is MIA. Someont told me I would have to install one on pass side. Anyone done this? If so where did you put it? How did you go about it.

theres two, one on the driver side head, half way back screwed into the head, and one should be in the manifold or cross over near the t-stat, it should be there, other wise youd have coolant leaking out of it, look for a sensor, two prongs, larger threaded base thats not plugged into anything

Yeah that is a 4.6 intake that ive seen used on the 5.4 swaps with adapter plates but thanks for posting the pic bro. I have a sensor on the pass side of my lightning manifold that is plugged into a sensor. Its right behind my fuel rail on the manifold? But its plugged in, may check to see if its getting power if not remove it and add an afermarket temp gauge in its place
