T/A performance differential cover clearance

I have the regular low profile version of the T/A performance diff cover (4" depth) and not the new super low profile version (3.5" depth), i'm having my MM panhard bar installed and wondering if anybody has this combo and knows if the cover will clear the PHB with no issues.

When I had the PHB, I measured almost 4.5" clearance from the mounting surface to the PHB, because I had the exact same question posted here probably a year ago.

Damn that's gonna be a close call. Did it work out for you though with no issues?

I never actually put it on before I took the panhard bar off and sold it. It didn't look like it was going to be a problem though. There's also some "wiggle room" when you install the PHB. You can get an extra 1/4" clearance with no problems during the install without affecting the geometry.
