just got my 4.10 gear and pinion

from RPM. Is that all i need for the install the gear and pinion?

you also will need an install kit.
maybe bearings

gear oil

friction modofier

well why do they sell it if its not a full kit? where do i get the rest

the shop will likely have the friction stuff and the gear oil.

the install kit they can probably order.

Most install kits do not come with axle bearings or axle seals, so and that into the price.

why would they not sell the set and just give u the gear and pinion? wont the shop have the rest or use the old stuff?

the shop should have the parts you need.

why they only sell the ring and pinion

don't EVER use a shop that puts in old parts or stuff!

mabye teh ford dealership will have the stuff. dont want to wait another 4 weeks for these things
