MM, Any way to pass Texas/Arizona smog with LT's?

If you're in TX for the inspection, just reset the computer incase you have trouble codes popping up, they usually take 3 key cycles to pop up, so reset it outside the place doing the inspection. As long as you live in a small town, and have headlights - you should pass

When I lived in TX none of my vehicles were smog legal, but I never failed. Infact most of the time, the guy was already writing up the sticker as I pulled in the garage.

I always wondered,its a state inspection. Does that mean you can go anywhere in the state of Texas to get a sticker? Or do you have to inspect the vehicle in the county its registered in?

The guys here are right about the AZ emissions, but most people do not know that you have to have no codes within 30 days before getting your car checked.
