coolant coming from radiator cap


having an issue with coolant coming out of my radiator cap but the car is not overheating. i kno its not the head gaskets cuz ive rebuilt the whole motor. i have no clue wat to think it is. ive replaced thermostat, the radiator cap, and water pump is not even a yr old. any suggestions?

i would only think that somehow you are getting air into the system, check the radiator fins, and heater core, make sure there isn't a small leak. also it really could be head gasket, compression check to be sure. other i would assume is the radiator cap not sealed but you stated it's been replaced. that's the only thing that i can think of right now.

do you have an overflow tank still? if so another assumption is you opened the tank cap while coolant was hot and in doing so it sucked in air causing air pockets to form in the heads and pushing coolant out of the coolant tank pressurized cap. if this is the problem i advise burping the coolant system.
