Blown head gasket, 1st choice. Hair line crack in head/block, 2nd choice. Did you over heat the motor? What does your oil look like?

Was the antifreeze on top of the plug before you pulled it out?

It could just be the manifold is cracked and leaking, or the manifold gasket is leaking.

Also before you take a spark plug out you should always use an air compressor and blow out the sparkplug cavity. Even with the coil boot sand and debris can get down inside there, and when you remove the spark plug it can fall into the cylinder.

Did you check your oil? Does it look milky white? Pull your oil dip stick and pull your oil fill cam cover cap to check.

+1 since its the boot that is wet, i would agree with this guy^ what year was your car again? the 99-00 are real bad about doing this, ford even had a recall on them. Mine did the same thing so I upgraded to the newer intake with the metal cross over.

If you did not pull the spark plug and your COP had coolant, then the coolant came from an external source. And what do you mean you tried pulling the spark plug???

Check the other coils next to the #5 and see if they are wet.

Blow the anitfreeze out of the cavity, put the coil back on and start the engine and let it idle to operating temp while you watch for leaks.

I would say it's the manifold gasket or cracked manifold leaking antifreeze.

There's no way for that coolant to get on TOP of your plug unless it came from somewhere outside. It's not a head gasket.

Take everyone's advice ... clean it up. Warm the motor up ... and look around for a pooling up of coolant on top of the manifold.

P.S. These motors rarely have YELLOW coolant. More like rusty brown creek water unless it's been regularly changed!

Have you checked the coolant level? Is there any signs of coolant under your stang. What about the coolant over flow cap, did it maybe spray inside the engine bay? I did have this happen to me one time.

Just throwing different ideas at you, to try and help.

ok well i took the compressor and blow that shit out.. and well it smells sweet, and off color but it might just be water with a little anti seize mixed in, because it sweet smelling but not antifreeze and its a little more slippery than water.

antifreeze is sweet smelling, and a bit slippery than plain water.

its not anti freeze though, i opened up my coolant and it was full and smells a lot sweeter than this stuff... i think it just rain water, and rain water kind of smells like this.
its like a rustyish sweet smell, its hard to explain but im sure im good now, i just changed out the coil and now my car runs sooooooo much better, when my car is idling it feels like its just turned off, and i can accelerate in 5th gear at 40mph without my car jumping and being jerky

I would guess it was the intake. I've had both intake and headgasket screw ups. When I pulled my intake off recently, there was coolant on top of the spark plug.

Youve got either a busted intake manifold gasket or a cracked intake manifold. Its no big deal, job can be done in an afternoon if you have a few basic tools and a slight understanding of how to use them.
