Bringing an RTR into the conversation changes the whole mix of things. If that is the look you are going for though then there are many people you can prove wrong by making it look good.

The RTR is in the back of my mind, but I am just looking to make my car unique. I feel like these wheels will be a good start. I don't want what everyone else has.

I planned on it, until a problem occurred with the company I ordered them from. They cancelled the order. They told me that they make them custom to fit the car (meaning bolt-pattern)... When purchasing them from other places, the bolt-pattern is 5-120, when my Mustang's is 5-114. The only way they would work is if they were custom made or modified.

If JLM wants 20"s.... why does ANYONE even care?

Running an 11" wide wheel is tricky and the off-set is critical here You need a 6~7/8" back-space to run one to avoid seious rubbing problems to overcome. Confirm your tire diameter is no larger than 25.6" for optimim clearance reguardless of wheel diameter.

Jazzer

PS. I would not try to run 9.5's up front. There are just too many variables to address and creates big issues if you are incorrect.

OP, get what you want. It's YOUR car and YOUR money. YOU do what YOU want. Now personally, if I was going to go that wide, I'd want something with a pretty deep dish on the rear. Have you checked the Omega GodSpeed wheels? They are a little different than the typical mustang wheels, and have a crazy deep dish. I know cruizinconcepts.com carries them speficially for mustangs.

I was planning on avoiding 20's....The fronts were going to stay 9inches or smaller. The new diameter of my tires in back, will be barely larger than what I had. It's not even enough to worry about. I'll be sure to use the correct offset now. Thanks

Hey, thanks for the suggestion. Those wheels are pretty neat. I'll keep them on my mind. I like the deep dish a lot. For some reason I think it'd be cool to have deep dishes in back and regulars in front.
