for a 15x10, the backspacing you would want is 6.5 and the bolt circle you need it 5x4.5

If cutting the bar isn't enough ill grind the caliper and then run the smallest spacer

if you dont want a spare, fine a second COBRA spare wheel and mount a decent tire on the front, clears the brakes and doesnt stick out like aftermarket wheels

VW tires!
F8L or casper style. Fact is they are not even rated for the weight of our cars but people do it anyway |

They are rated just fine for our cars. They are rated at 1201 lbs each, so together in the front they can handle 2402 lbs. Our cars weigh less than that in the front. The only thing about them is they have a low speed rating. Only rated to 118

I didn't realize wheel spacers were not safe to use.
Is that really true? I'm running 15 X FIVE inch wheels (Weld Draglites) up front on my GT. I went with the wider wheels since I felt safer running them on the street. I had to go with longer wheel studs, and a thin spacer. I didn't hack on my calipers or brackets. I realize that the Cobras are a whole other animal.

ehh. I wouldnt use them if you dont have to. It puts added stress on axle bearings and just gives you another thing to break/twist. Biggest problem with them is they seize on (put on anti-seize) and people dont torque them dont properly.
