last piece for the track

i originaly was going to run on a set of 15x8 cragar soft 8 steel wheels but had a change of thought and decided to order a set of fast five aluminum wheels, they are 15x10 with a 6.5 inch back space. im hoping to cut some 1.5 sixty foots on them with 26x10 hooser drag slicks.

this is my first time using hooser drag slicks so i have high expectations for them.

yeah yeah i know i need a cage, i want front runners, just cant figure out which ones to run. every one needs a wheel spacer and im not really wanting to pull the tires with wheel spacers.

i know it sucks, im not really wanting to ditch the cobra brakes so im trying to find a 17 inch front runner that does not require a spacer

I dont like how far my front runners stick out with a 1" spacer but ive decided im going to get 3" studs and then run a 1/2" spacer. With a slight caliper grind this works with my 15x3.5

Race Star Industries

I think they clear cobra brakes in a 17x4.5 but call Mustang Performance Parts & Upgrades by Brenspeed
to be shure, Brent runs racestar wheels on every car he has so he would know.

no, you just need to either grind a little bit of the caliper bracket down or cut the caliper bar right off
