won't start or tunr over! help!

Hey everyone its been a while!
I have a problem, just recently got my 02 gt worked on new timing chain and brought it back the next day to get the oil pump unclogged. Heres the fun part, I just got it back today, drove it from the shopt to work, when i was done with work I went to start my car up and NOTHING!!!

The electricle is fine, lights and all work but won't even attempt to turn over! i checked the fuel pump and that doesnt need to be reset. I heard someone say something about the Safety Theft that it might have to be reset??? Or would it be a spark plug issue??

What's the voltage on the battery? The battery cables might have alot of corrosion, and it'll seem fine until you try to start it and get nothing

So it won't even try to start? or it'll crank but not start? If it won't crank at all, could maybe be the starter solenoid?
