a knife to slash his tires!
 j/k. good tires, gears, a short shifter, etc. would help a lot. is your stang a 5sp? if so get a good start and drive like hell, depending on how good he can drive you might take him.

ive never driven or rode in one but i know they are quick. 4:10's would def level the playing field. like i said, you got a 5sp so get a good launch and get your shifts and you could take him.

Dont race him from a roll do it from a dig and a set of gears, CAI, and catback is all you need to win!

Same thing I said in your other thread with this same question...
A stock 99-04 GT should run right with a stock SRT-4... I have done it when my car was stock... Go from a dig... Get some time driving the car under your belt... Or get these: JLT CAI/RAI Off-Road X-Pipe Under Drive Pulleys And you will tkae him even with being a little green on the driving deal... |

but i dont think i can run a cai because of my functional shaker hood could i and what would be the best thing for speed first gear or the cai

a CAI is going to give you little more HP... gears are going to give you that kick in the pants acceleration..

What air filter are you running? Is it the stock air box? Pictures? I knwo what you are talkig about I just want to see the way the box is done on it... |

ok i willl take a pic right now quick question how do i post certain pics on here and do i have to make them smaller i have a regular air filter and
i tryed putting a knn air pilter but it kept on shutting my car off while i was driving i will take that pic right when i get to my gfs so brb |

You can either upload them to the site as an attachment...
You can use a program called Infranview to make the picture smaller...You can find it on google just a sear for it... Or you can upload the pictures to www.photobucket.com |
