4.6 compatability question

I need some parts for my pony (specifically, MAF, MAP, TPS and EGR) and was told that the Grand Marquis uses the same motor and parts are interchangable. I also know several other fords that use the 4.6L modular motor (Crown Vic, F-150) and was wondering if those would be compatible.

Is it true that I can use those parts from a Grand Marquis, Crown Vic or F-150?

F150 has some, easiest is going to be finding a Grand Marq, Towncar or Crown Vic 2001 and newer. The three cars have the exact same engines as the mustang

The Towncar! I don't know how I forgot about that one but I knew there was another 4.6 I could use. Okay, so is it also true that I can't use the MAF because of specific programming for each of those vehicles?

I dont see why you couldnt, the tune is the only difference in the hp ratings. In 02 i believe the iat and maf were made to one, just make sure you figure that out from the town car etc and it should be the same maf
