An honest but stupid question

So I was wondering what makes a motor a longblock and a shortblock? is it just updated cylinder blocks or what?

also a side question, would a pushrod motor fit in our stangs or would the computer be too fucked up to use?

A long block includes heads, a short block does not.

Yep longblock comes complete and a shortblock doesnt. Also you can fit in a pushrod motor but you are going to have to get it carberated (not smog legal) or get the comp to come with the new motor.
