def go with the procharger, but dont get the p1. it doesnt give you room to grow if you ever decided to put a built shortblock in later. centris are faster and better for drag racing nd your roll racing. anyways my vote is for the procharger but spend the extra $400 and get the d1 upgrade

My Vortech T-Trim is kinda loud...Click the link in my signature to hear it at idle...

I love my Vortech...But I also looked at the Procharger D1SC and KB 2.1 really hard before I bought my kit...I got my kit becuase I got a deal on it...

I love KB's but they seem to expire stock bottom ends quicker then the centris do...But they are an awesome blower...And give you power from the start of the powerband...Plus they replace your plastic manifold with a metal one...

The procharger D1SC is a great blower and will make awesome power...And the procharger is self contained which makes for easier install...Comes with an intercooler...Really nice kits and make good power...

Vortech...You can go with a S-Trim and make nice power but I would recommend picking up a DIY intercooler set-up...THe vortechs are not self contained so there for you have to tap the oil pan for the hose that goes to the blower to keep it lubed...But tapping the oil pan is not tha that bad...A T-Trim is a upgrade that you can get at the time of purchase the initial set-up...

But me personally if you I would buy a Novi 2000 Set-up with an intercooler...I know they go for about $3K used on wwwmodularpowerhouse.com

There is one for sale there right now with intercooler for that price...

a high HP centri car (procharger) is much more streetable than a high HP roots car like the KB.

the KB makes good immediate power down low but then again its already hard enough to keep traction off the line with our motors as is. i say procharge it!!!

I have the P1SC with 10 psi and 2core cooler on a 02gt and its great. I have only been to 1/8 mile tracks since installed and my best time so far has been 8.063 on street tires. That should be in the high 11s in 1/4mile. However i do have gears and couple other mods done. Also if you go with this one and you live where it is very hot in the summer i would go with the 3core.

keep in mind, most people who have a kb will vote for a kb, if they own a centri they vote for a centri, normal. but what I find interesting if a centri owner has driven or been in a kb car they wish they had got a kb more often than a kb owner wanting a centri.

idk if i would say that.. cause it seems that everyone always ends up wanting what they dont have.. After riding in both cars.. I personally would go with the KB.. but that is because i like all types of driving road course and drag. If i was just for drag i would go with a centri.. but thats just my opinion.

I have been in both...

The KB's are great but I will stick with the centri's...

centris make for faster cars... you just have to define your personal goals... too much debate over pretty common knowledge imo

After reading posts and getting opinions elsewhere im pretty set on this kit http://www.speedworx.com/ProCharger-....6L-p-234.html is there a better place to buy from or is speedworx a pretty good company? also what boost level would you think I would need to run to obtain my goal 10psi?

I have 70MM TB

you should reach the goals you said with your mods and a p series. i would just get the d series so you have room to grow. if you dont do it now when you buy it new, then they will charge you 1200 to do it later on. procharger doesnt recomend running smaller than a 3.2 pulley on that blower. i wouldnt go over 10lbs of boost with a stock motor. but 10lbs and your mods should get you where you want to be for now
