MAC vs Bassani, exhaust tips

I think I've narrowed down my exhaust choices to these two. In the process of research though, I've read that the MAC tips rust quickly. I live in the Northeast. While I don't drive the car in the snow, I do take it out once roads are clear (and usually heavily salted). I don't want to be replacing tips every year.

Anyone have any experience with this for either brand?

Thanks.

I have the MAC tips. I live in the northeast as well and they didn't rust out this past winter. And they look sweet as the rolled tip

North east here and the bassanis are still looking sweet, no rust in sight.

If you are that worried about them, put a few layers of wax on them before you put them on. That's what I did with my magnaflow tips.
