Engine noise


So everytime i get past 2,500 rpm or around there, it starts sounding weird, i dont know if thats just how they sound, but it almost sounds like metal on metal, my oil is fine everything else is fine so im starting to wonder what it is.
any ideas?

cant exactly take sound clips with a digital slr

do you have a cell phone that can take a video? Or possibly borrow a video camera? We really will not be able to help much unless you get us a video/sound!

go on a day off bring to three dealers or good shop and see what comes from it. set it up before hand so they can make time for you to test drive for them
