Yep OEM is what comes with the vehicle from the factory. Accufab is a great company for throttle bodys and plenums. You will notice some diffrence but, it will benifit more once you are boosted.

cheers. I think my throttle body could be abit clogged up as the idle can be dodgy, whats the best way to go about cleaning it? Do you clean the plenium at the same time?

ok heres what you do.. go the the autoparts store and pick up a can of throttle body cleaner and a copper (the gold color) wire brush.. Take off your air intake and open your throttle body... Spray a little bit of cleaner around the insides of the throttle body and spray the plate a little bit. youll see some drain back out thats ok.
Take the wire brush and LIGHTLY brush off the junk around the inside and lightly brush off the top and bottom of the plate.. Spray it out again to clean it out. And put your intake back on.. You can also spray the spring on the side of your plenum that is connected to the throttle body plate.. Sometimes gunk gets builded up there too. This should take care of it for ya!
Oh and BTW when you first start your car after doing this it may sputter for a second... its ok its just buring up the cleaner that made it down the intake and into the cylinder. It may throw a little bit of smoke too.. This will go away after a quick drive. Or engine rev.
Let us know if there is anything else.
