next year, i'm gettin a 03 or 04 GT for graduation. Right now i have a job that pays very very good for my age (17) and i am saving up for upgrades. what should i get. i dont know how much money i'll have when the time comes but i think i'll have quite a bit... try around $2000-$3500 to blow on it.
I'm thinkin >an offroad x pipe... which brand tho (without cats) bassani?

Bassani is only way to go if getting X pipe in my opinion

1. Do not get SLP LM1s sounds like a six cylinder with open headers at high rpms Raspy as hell (in my opinion go with Magnaflow or Bassani Catback they sound best with x pipe)
2. Long Tubes gain much more power than shortys but if you get a bassani x pipe you have to get Midlength or Shorty Headers the midlength will have similar gains as long tube. expect 12-18rwp shortys 5-8rwp
3. 3.73s are nice gear especially if you plan on installing a power adder in the future if not most will suggest 4.10's if your gonna keep it naturally aspired.
4. Cold air is nice but not real good gains for the price expect 3-7rwp gains
if you get one get a JLT they are fairly cheap and get decent gains.
5. 70MM (FRPP;Accufab;BBK;MAC) is what most people run with only a few bolt ons they say 75mm can actually hurt you.
6. Forged internals is gonna be a pretty penny look to spend a few grand.
