CAI stats
Does anyone know if there has been any tests done on the various brands of CAI that indicate which of the many gives you the most airflow/performance gain? If you do, do you know who the top was or a link for the results? I am nubee and I did take a min to look at the stickies but did not see anything that shows any dominant comp. and I want the best for my pony. I also recognize that doesn't always mean the most expensive...

yes the 50 ebay intake is the best one ... why because the gain is the same for almost all cais (fenderwell) and none of them are worth more than the cheapest one - that being the ebay intake. and yes the cai is one of the best cheapo mods - you will notice faster revs, better gas mileage and little more power - but not much

I would never buy an ebay CAI! I suggest the JLT! It and the C&L are the best!

Just buy a JLT CAI or a JLT RAI...
They make power over all the rest of them... |

Its not alot of power to be made with a CAI or RAI but every little bit counts... |

Also, how is the AEM Brute Force??? Because alot of magazines rate them high. And supposedly they don't have to be oiled, ever.

So in reality the JLT RAI is no better than the BBK or AEM Brute Force, because it would draw in heat from the engine, instead of outside cooler air from outside the car like the JLT CAI does. Right??

Do you have to oil the JLT's ??? Because AEM say's the Brute Force never needs oiling. Also what company makes JLT??? Only because I never heard of them until this site, and never seen them on a Mustang or in a mustang magazine before. So i'm just curious as to who the company is?!! Thanks!
